I'm thinking that many of you wonder about what to do with left-over residual candle wax and the jars they came in. I've found several videos and instructional information pieces that I would like to share with readers. These sites and videos give different ways to remove wax from jars, how to make new candles out of the old wax or simply how to sort, strain and warm scented wax. Ideas about the use of the jars other than for 'new recycled' candles are also presented.
Please go to the following for the information I'm talking about:
youtube.com (Reuse Candle Wax) by Making Sweet Creations
youtube.com (Recycling Old Candle Wax) by Kylaphoenix
youtube.com (How to Clean Burnt Out Candle Jars to Reuse!) by sagwink
snap.guide.com (How to Remove Residual Candle Wax from Candle Jars)
snap.guide.com (How to Clean Candle Jars)
candlehelp.com (Candlemaking Tutorial)
youtube.com (How to Transfer Candle Wax to a Warmer)
I'm sure many readers are sick of disposable consumables that make waste & contribute to the world's overloaded landfills, not to mention the cost of always buying new when we can recycle or reuse.
I assume as readers and avid candle users, you will find the ideas set forth in these resources to be valuable as well as entertaining.
Thanks for reading!
